Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen chopped broccoli (from 12 oz. bag), thawed, drained
• 1 can (7 oz) vacuum-packed whole kernel corn, drained
• 1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
• 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
• 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

Instructions:

1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. In pan, mix broccoli, corn, onion and walnuts.
2. In medium bowl, stir all remaining ingredients except cheese with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pan.
3. Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cool 30 minutes. To serve, cut into 5 rows by 3 rows; cut each rectangle diagonally in half.
